This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jiji3 ("jiji3," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform at jiji3.co, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes the personal information of users ("Player," "you," "your") who access or use the jiji3 platform, website, and associated services.

2. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal information is jiji3, the operator of jiji3.co, regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jiji3 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by the Data Privacy Act. 3. Personal Data We Collect
3.1 Registration Data
When you create a jiji3 account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a self-selected username and password. This data is necessary to establish your account and verify your eligibility to participate in real-money gaming.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data
To comply with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, jiji3 requires identity verification documents for all players before processing withdrawals and upon reaching specified transaction thresholds. KYC data includes: government-issued photo identification (PhilSys ID, UMID, SSS ID, passport, driver's license, PRC ID, or voter's ID), a selfie or liveness check image, and proof of address where required.
3.3 Financial Data

4. How We Collect Your Data
jiji3 collects personal data through the following means:
- Directly from you — when you register, verify your identity, make deposits or withdrawals, contact support, or respond to promotions;

6. Legal Bases for Processing
jiji3 processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and jiji3 (i.e., providing the gaming service you have registered for);
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLA obligations, NPC regulations, and other applicable Philippine laws;
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential analytics cookies, where you have given explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
7.1 Regulatory Bodies
jiji3 is required by law to disclose certain player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and the National Privacy Commission upon lawful request. jiji3 will comply with all such requests where required by Philippine law and will notify you of any disclosure to the extent permitted by law.
7.2 Payment Service Providers
To process your deposits and withdrawals, jiji3 shares the minimum necessary financial data with licensed payment service providers, including GCash (GXI Inc.), PayMaya Philippines Inc., and partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). These providers process your data only for payment purposes and are bound by their own regulatory obligations and data protection agreements with jiji3.
7.3 Game Providers
The game providers whose titles appear in the jiji3 lobby (including JILI, PG Soft, Evolution, and others) may receive limited gameplay data necessary to deliver their games and verify RNG integrity. These providers operate under data processing agreements that restrict use of your data to service delivery only.
7.4 Service Providers
jiji3 engages third-party service providers for identity verification, cloud infrastructure, fraud detection, and customer support software. All such providers are subject to contractual data processing obligations aligned with the Data Privacy Act and may not use your personal data for their own purposes.
7.5 No Sale of Personal Data
jiji3 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is not a commodity at jiji3.
8. International Data Transfers
Some of jiji3's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure and game providers — may process data outside the Philippines. Where such international transfers occur, jiji3 ensures adequate protection through contractual clauses that meet or exceed the standards required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC guidelines. By using the jiji3 platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in other jurisdictions subject to these protections.
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
9.1 Types of Cookies Used
jiji3 uses the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies on jiji3.co:
- Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function (e.g., session management, login persistence, security tokens). Cannot be disabled without impairing core functionality;
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the platform. Data collected is anonymised or pseudonymised before analysis;
- Preference cookies: Used to remember your language, display, and responsible gaming settings across sessions;
- Marketing cookies: Used only with your explicit consent to deliver relevant promotional communications within the jiji3 platform.
9.2 Managing Cookies

10. Data Retention
jiji3 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods mandated by Philippine law:
- Account and KYC data: Minimum five (5) years from account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA;
- Transaction records: Minimum five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
- Support communications: Two (2) years from the date of the communication, or longer if related to an active dispute;
- Analytics data: In anonymised or aggregated form, retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiji3 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with NPC guidelines on data disposal.
11. Security Measures
jiji3 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jiji3's servers;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and payment information;
- Role-based access controls ensuring that jiji3 staff access only the data necessary for their role;
- Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments by independent security firms;
- Multi-factor authentication requirements for jiji3 staff accessing systems containing player data;
- Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements.
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, jiji3 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
12. Your Data Privacy Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jiji3:
- Right to be informed: The right to know how your personal data is being collected and processed — which this Policy fulfils;
- Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data jiji3 holds about you;
- Right to rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where there is no longer a lawful basis for processing — subject to jiji3's legal retention obligations;

- Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another controller, where technically feasible;
- Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph if you believe jiji3 has violated your data privacy rights.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact jiji3's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. jiji3 will respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days as required by the Data Privacy Act.
13. Children's Privacy
The jiji3 platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21+ as mandated by PAGCOR. jiji3 does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If jiji3 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any legal obligation to retain it for fraud or AML purposes), and any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method.

14. Amendments to This Policy
jiji3 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and a prominent notice on jiji3.co at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the jiji3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
