1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiji3 ("jiji3," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiji3.co and its subdomains. By creating a jiji3 account, accessing the jiji3 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
jiji3 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jiji3 platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read together with jiji3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the complete agreement between you and jiji3.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to open a jiji3 account and participate in any real-money gaming activity. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. jiji3 enforces strict age verification during account registration and at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years old will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and winnings derived from underage play will be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Restriction
The jiji3 platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions where jiji3 holds an applicable license. Players accessing jiji3 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended without notice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jiji3 is legal in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register only one (1) jiji3 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings across all associated accounts.
2.4 Restricted Persons
Employees, contractors, agents, and directors of jiji3 and its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To register a jiji3 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information throughout the lifetime of your account.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jiji3 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and upon reaching specified deposit thresholds. You will be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gaming privileges.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji3 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify jiji3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jiji3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that result from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination
jiji3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiji3 reasonably believes the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Currency
All deposits and withdrawals on the jiji3 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji3 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not conduct currency conversion transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
jiji3 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of the withdrawal request.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. jiji3 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Player Fund Segregation
All player deposits are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from jiji3's operational funds. Player balances cannot be used for jiji3's business operations under any circumstances. In the event of jiji3 ceasing operations, player fund balances will be returned in accordance with the PAGCOR wind-down procedures.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
jiji3 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jiji3 may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigation without prior notice.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jiji3 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, systematically exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, providing false information to qualify for promotions, and colluding with other players to share or transfer bonus value. jiji3 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.
5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
jiji3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the jiji3 website and, where practical, by SMS to registered players.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the jiji3 platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot game represent the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player or session.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — jiji3 reserves the right to void any game round affected by the malfunction. No wager outcome produced by a technical error will be honored. jiji3 will make reasonable efforts to restore game sessions to their pre-error state where technically feasible.
jiji3's decision on any gameplay dispute, after review by the compliance team, is final and binding, subject to appeal through PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as described in Section 13.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji3 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with jiji3 games or systems in any way;
- Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or RNG anomalies — any such exploit must be reported to jiji3 support immediately;
- Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the jiji3 platform;
- Using the jiji3 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order from jiji3 or any PAGCOR-regulated operator;
- Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access your account;
- Attempting to interfere with jiji3's network, servers, or security infrastructure in any manner.
8. Responsible Gaming
jiji3 is fully committed to responsible gaming as both a legal obligation under PAGCOR regulations and a core operating principle. All players are encouraged to use jiji3's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion: Players who self-exclude from jiji3 cannot reverse the exclusion during the active period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player's account will be closed and all outstanding bonuses forfeited. Deposits already made will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jiji3 solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any jiji3 content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
jiji3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data protection requirements. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by jiji3's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions — even if jiji3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiji3 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, feature, or service. jiji3's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Amendments to These Terms
jiji3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and a notice posted on the jiji3 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the jiji3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of jiji3 and request account closure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jiji3 platform shall first be submitted to jiji3's internal dispute resolution process via live chat or the registered contact email. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution department in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. If PAGCOR's process does not resolve the dispute, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
